Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

½ cup honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup crushed ice (for slushy version)

Instructions

Prep the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine the mixed berries, coconut milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill the Mixture: Pour the berry mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to chill thoroughly.

Ice Cream Making: After chilling, pour the mixture into your Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker. Turn on the machine and let it churn for about 20 minutes or until it reaches a soft serve consistency.

For Slushy Version: If you prefer a slushy treat, blend the chilled berry mixture with the crushed ice in the blender until it reaches a slushy consistency.

Serve: Once your soft serve is ready, serve it immediately in bowls or cones. If you made the slushy, serve it in glasses with a straw.

Garnish: Optional: Top with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an extra touch!
