Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a garlic butter mixture.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit in your hand slightly.

Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to form a ball, pinch to seal completely, and roll into a smooth shape.

Dip each cheese-filled dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are coated on all sides.

Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top of the dough balls before baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few moments. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                      Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 28 minutes | Servings: 4 (2 each)
