Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/3 cup honey (or to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Boil the Water: In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Steep the Tea: Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add the 4 Earl Grey tea bags. Allow them to steep for about 5 minutes for a robust flavor.

Add Raspberries and Honey: While the tea is steeping, in a separate bowl, mash the fresh raspberries with a fork until they form a chunky purée. Once the tea is ready, remove the tea bags and stir in the raspberry purée and honey. Mix until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add Lemon Juice: Stir in the fresh lemon juice for a zingy freshness.

Chill the Mixture: Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour until it’s cold.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, and pour the chilled Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice.

Garnish: Decorate each glass with a few whole raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
