Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup marshmallow fluff for garnish (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate sauce for drizzle (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Potatoes: Scrub the russet potatoes clean and pierce them several times with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

Make Cream Mixture: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and butter over medium heat. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth.

Mix in Dairy & Seasoning: Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Mash Potatoes: Once the potatoes are done, carefully remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut them open lengthwise and scoop out the insides into a large bowl, leaving a little potato around the skin to maintain structure.

Combine with Cream Mixture: To the bowl of potato flesh, add the cream mixture and mash together until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Stuff the Potatoes: Spoon the creamy potato mixture back into the potato skins, packing them generously. Top each stuffed potato with crispy bacon bits and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Final Bake: Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through and the tops are slightly golden.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. For an extra decadent twist, add a dollop of marshmallow fluff and a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the potatoes on a large platter, drizzling some additional chocolate sauce around for a striking visual or individual plates with a sprinkle of green onions for color contrast.
