4 plain bagels, halved

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, and onions)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Add the milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, whisking until well combined.

      Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using), mixing until evenly distributed.

        Take the halved bagels and place them on a baking sheet, cut-side facing up.

          Spoon the quiche mixture generously into each bagel half, filling them to the top.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the tops are lightly golden.

              Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.

                Garnish with freshly chopped chives or parsley before serving.
