Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9 inches)

1 cup boiling water

1 (3 oz) package of strawberry gelatin (or your choice of flavor)

1 cup cold water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) for topping

Whipped cream for garnish

Edible flowers (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the strawberry gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Add the cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Allow it to cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes.

While the gelatin cools, in a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until you reach stiff peaks.

Once the gelatin mixture is cool, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined. Take care not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

Pour the gelatin-cream mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Once set, top the pie with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream. For an added touch of elegance, scatter a few edible flowers on top.

                Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes | Servings: 8

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve slices of the pie on colorful dessert plates and garnish with additional berries or edible flowers for a festive Easter touch.
