2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well-blended.

      Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

        Spoon a generous tablespoon of the chicken cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

          Fold the sides of the triangle over the filling, and then roll it up from the wide end to the tip, ensuring the filling is enclosed.

            Place the filled rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

              In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the tops of each roll with the egg wash for a golden finish.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.

                  Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
