Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Set up a breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumb mixture in a third dish.

Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Dredge one chicken breast in the flour, shaking off the excess.

Dip the floured chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated.

Finally, coat the chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to ensure it adheres well. Repeat this process with the remaining chicken breasts.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the chicken on a rustic wooden board, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges to brighten the dish. A side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad would complement this beautifully!
