1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped

½ cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

2 tablespoons marinara sauce (for dipping)

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

      Cut the dough into 12 equal squares (about 3x3 inches each).

        In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, diced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

          Place a tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center of each square of dough.

            Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal.

              Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

                Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg for a golden finish and drizzle a little olive oil over each bomb.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

                    Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
