Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 cup water (adjust as needed)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (for added flavor)

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional, for seasoning)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the olive oil and water. Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until it forms a dough.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll the dough out into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone.

Prick the dough with a fork to prevent bubbling, then pre-bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden.

Remove from the oven, add your favorite pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese, then bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
