1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)

3 large eggs, separated

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

      In another bowl, add the egg whites and the cream of tartar. Using an electric mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This will give the cloud bread its fluffy texture.

        Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture. Use a spatula and fold carefully to maintain the airiness of the mixture.

          Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in 6 equal mounds, shaping them into round, cloud-like forms.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.

              Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
