Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Extra butter for brushing

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center, then pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter.

Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each piece into a roll.

Stuff each roll with about a teaspoon of the garlic-parsley-Parmesan mixture, pinching the dough closed around the filling.

Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover them again, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and brush with extra melted butter before serving.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins | Servings: 12 rolls

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve warm on a rustic wooden board, garnished with fresh parsley and a small bowl of marinara sauce or olive oil for dipping.
