Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet while the beef is cooking. Make sure the beef is fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.

Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, and pinch the seams together to create a single sheet.

Cut the crescent roll dough into rectangles (about 3x4 inches).

Place a tablespoon or so of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle. Roll up tightly, pinching the edges to seal them well.

Arrange the rollups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor and golden-brown color.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and cooked through.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
