Ingredients

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Carefully cut the top of each lobster tail shell down the center using kitchen scissors, stopping just before the tail fin to avoid cutting through it. Gently pull apart the shell to reveal the lobster meat.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not let it brown).

Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. You can broil it for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden finish.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
