Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes (use baby potatoes for added sweetness)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

Prepare the Foil: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut out four large squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil (around 12 inches each) and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced steak and potatoes. Drizzle melted butter over the mixture. Add minced garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. If desired, toss in the halved cherry tomatoes for an additional pop of flavor.

Form the Packets: Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among the four foil squares. Fold the sides of the foil over the filling to create packets, sealing them tightly to avoid any leaks during cooking.

Grill the Packets: Place the foil packets directly on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking. Check for doneness; potatoes should be tender, and steak cooked to your liking (medium-rare is recommended).

Serve: Carefully remove the packets from the grill (they will be hot!). Open them with caution as steam will escape.

Garnish and Enjoy: Sprinkle with chopped parsley for freshness before serving. Serve the contents directly in the foil or transfer to plates for a rustic presentation.
