Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each portion into a thin patty.

On each patty, place a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in the center, then fold the edges up and seal tightly to form a ball.

Roll each beef ball in your hands to ensure it's well formed and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Pop open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and wrap them around the meatballs, ensuring to seal them tightly.

Brush the tops of the wrapped bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
