Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each crescent roll triangle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal securely and forming a ball shape.

Add Parmesan: Place the stuffed crescents on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over each one.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and the filling is cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
