Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit circle over the filling, pinching to seal securely. Shape them into balls and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese, then brush this mixture over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley for a pop of color.
