Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar and cream cheese until melted and creamy.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it tightly.

Place the filled bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
