Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides liberally with the garlic butter mixture.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each pork chop, pressing it lightly to adhere.

Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

For an extra crispy topping, switch to broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking; watch closely to prevent burning.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
