Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Optional: sliced jalapeños for heat

Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly seasoned.

Form the seasoned beef into 4 patties, making a slight indentation in the middle of each patty to prevent bulging while cooking.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

While the patties are cooking, heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, just until pliable.

Once the patties are ready, place each cheeseburger patty in the center of a tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a special sauce. Drizzle this over the toppings on each wrap.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing all the fillings inside.

Optional: For extra crispiness, return the wraps to the grill for an additional minute on each side, toasting them gently.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve hot.
