6 croissants, cut into halves

8 ounces cooked ham, diced

8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Layer the halved croissants in the prepared baking dish, cut sides up.
