200g flat rice noodles

300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1 cup snap peas

1 green onion, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Noodles: Cook the flat rice noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

      Heat the Oil and Stir-Fry Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned but not overcooked. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

        Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are vibrant and tender-crisp.

          Combine Noodles and Beef: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the drained noodles and toss everything together until evenly mixed and heated through.

            Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately while hot.
