Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Once the peanut butter mixture is smooth, shape it into egg-like forms, roughly 1-2 ounces each (you should have about 8-10 eggs). Place them on a lined baking sheet.

Freeze the shaped peanut butter eggs for about 30 minutes until they are firm.

While the eggs are freezing, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the peanut butter eggs from the freeze. Dip each egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate-coated eggs back onto the lined baking sheet. Repeat the process until all eggs are coated.

Optionally, drizzle some remaining melted chocolate on top of the eggs for a decorative finish.

Refrigerate the eggs for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes | Servings: 8-10 eggs
