1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup honey

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

    Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

      Stir in the honey and soy sauce, mixing well. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, letting it thicken slightly. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.

        Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper.

          Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

            Add the salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

              Once cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the honey butter garlic sauce over the salmon bites. Toss gently to coat them evenly in the glaze, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.

                Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
