Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core gently to create a small hollow for the filling.
In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Spoon the goat cheese mixture generously into the hollowed-out center of each pear half.
Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the cheese filling.
Drizzle additional honey over the pears for added sweetness.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender.
Remove the foil in the last 5-10 minutes of baking to allow the tops to brown slightly.
Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired.
