Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lime zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and lime zest until well combined.

Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season each fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.

Pour the honey-lime garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. The internal temperature should read 145°F (63°C).

Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the top.

Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.

                Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon on a large platter with lime wedges arranged around it. Drizzle some extra garlic butter sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with additional cilantro for a vibrant finish.
