1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined. This will create a sweet and tangy marinade.

      Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard marinade over the top, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

        After marinating, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
