Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons truffle oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the melted butter with truffle oil and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the truffle butter mixture over the hot wings and toss until they're well coated.

Add the remaining Parmesan cheese and mix gently to distribute evenly.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
