1 lb walleye fillets, cooked and flaked

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

      Stir in the flaked walleye, shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined.

        Season the dip mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer the dip into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the edges start to turn golden.

              Once done, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

                Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
