Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

4 cups water

3 bags of herbal tea (e.g., chamomile or hibiscus)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the Blueberry Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh blueberries and 1 cup of water. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the blueberries start to burst and release their juices.

Strain the Syrup: Pour the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to separate the liquid from the solids. Press the blueberries with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Return the liquid to the saucepan and stir in the granulated sugar while still warm until dissolved. Set the blueberry syrup aside to cool.

Brew the Tea: In a separate pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste preference. Remove the tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature.

Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled tea, blueberry syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to combine and taste for sweetness, adjusting with more sugar if desired.

Chill: Refrigerate the blueberry tea lemonade for at least 1-2 hours, allowing all the flavors to meld together.

Serve: To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the blueberry tea lemonade, and garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves. Add a few whole blueberries for an extra visual touch.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours (including chilling) | Servings: 6-8

                - Presentation Tips: Serve in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful color of the drink, and consider using a sprig of fresh mint as a stirrer for added flair.
