Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)

8 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: hot sauce for a kick

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir the cooked bacon back into the skillet with the ground beef. Reduce heat to low and sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese, letting it melt evenly.

In a clean work surface, lay out a flour tortilla. Spoon a generous amount of the bacon cheeseburger mixture into the center, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.

Drizzle some sour cream and barbecue sauce over the fillings. If you enjoy heat, add a dash of hot sauce.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a burrito.

(Optional) For extra crunch, heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the assembled burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Serve hot, sliced in half to reveal the delicious layers inside.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Plate the burritos on a large platter, garnished with extra lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a side of extra barbecue sauce and sour cream for dipping.
