Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Form small meatballs with the ground beef mixture, about 1 tablespoon each, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round circle (about 4 inches in diameter).

Place a cooked meatball in the center of each biscuit round and top with a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching and sealing the edges to create a secure ball. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of each cheeseburger bomb with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8

                        - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on a platter, drizzling some extra melted butter and sprinkling more Parmesan on top for a delightful finish. Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping!
