Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until fully blended.
Dip each mozzarella stick first into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Immediately roll the egg-coated mozzarella stick in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
Place the coated sticks onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the coating is golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired, but ensure the sauce is also keto-friendly.
