Ingredients

4 cups water

4 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter flavor)

1 cup fresh pineapple juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 pineapple, sliced for garnish

Lemon slices, for garnish

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.

Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

After steeping, remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and honey (or agave syrup). Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld together.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled lemony pineapple tea over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple, a lemon slice, and a few mint leaves for an extra burst of flavor and color.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                  - Presentation Tips: For an inviting look, serve the iced tea in tall glasses or mason jars. Add a colorful straw and enjoy it on a sunny day!
