2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced potatoes. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked potatoes, the beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with crispy bacon bits if using.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.
