2 large lobster tails

1 cup fresh crab meat

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, using kitchen scissors for safety. Remove the meat from the shell, leaving the shell intact, and chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.

      In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Spoon the seafood stuffing back into the lobster shells evenly.

          Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

              Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
