Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes (if using) until well combined.

Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more intense flavor.

Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add the marinated steak bites in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. (You may need to do this in batches).

Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Aim for medium-rare for the best tenderness.

Remove the steak bites from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
