1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup matcha green tea powder (high-quality)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if preferred)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and matcha green tea powder, making sure they are well mixed.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.

      Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. If the dough seems too crumbly, add a teaspoon of water.

        Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

          Using your hands, form small balls about 1 inch in diameter. If desired, roll each ball in shredded coconut for an extra touch of flavor and texture.
