Ingredients
  

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and matcha green tea powder. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Add shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and sea salt to the mix. If you are using chocolate chips or cacao nibs, add them now too.

      Mix everything thoroughly until the ingredients form a sticky, cohesive mixture. If the mixture feels too dry, add an extra drizzle of honey or a splash of water to help it bind.

        Once well mixed, use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter). You should be able to make around 15-18 balls, depending on the size.

          Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

            After chilling, store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
