Ingredients

12 slider buns

12 slices deli turkey

12 slices ham

6 slices Swiss cheese, halved

6 slices Gruyère cheese, halved

3 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter, for frying

Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Raspberry or strawberry jam (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

Layer the Sliders: Cut the slider buns in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each bun, layer 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham, 1 half slice of Swiss cheese, and 1 half slice of Gruyère cheese. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Dip the Sliders: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a tablespoon of butter. Dip each slider (both sides) into the egg mixture to coat. Let any excess batter drip off.

Cook the Sliders: Once melted, place a few sliders in the skillet (depending on the size) and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side or until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side, adding more butter as needed.

Repeat: Remove the cooked sliders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat the process with the remaining sliders.

Serve: Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired, alongside a small bowl of raspberry or strawberry jam for dipping.
