Ingredients

1 cup Nilla Wafers (or any vanilla wafer cookies), crushed

1 cup creamy orange frosting

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Orange sanding sugar or sprinkles, for coating

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nilla Wafers, creamy orange frosting, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract.

Mix the ingredients with a spatula or your hands until thoroughly combined into a thick, sticky mixture.

Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is rolled into balls.

Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.

Remove the chilled truffles from the refrigerator. Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate to fully coat it, then roll it in orange sanding sugar or sprinkles for a fun finish.

Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, or place back in the refrigerator for quicker setting.

Enjoy your delightful No Bake Orange Creamsicle Truffles as a sweet treat!
