4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups egg noodles

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup broccoli florets

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, then place them in the skillet. Sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.

    In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
