Ingredients

1 package (family size) Oreo cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

3 cups milk

1 package (small) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 cup gummy worms (optional)

1 small flower pot for presentation (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Oreo Crust: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs are formed. Reserve 1 cup of the crumbs for topping.

Make the Cream Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Mix in the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Incorporate the Whipped Topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese and pudding mixture until just combined.

Layer the Cake: In a large serving dish or a cleaned flower pot, create layers starting with a portion of the Oreo crumbs, followed by half of the cream mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the reserved Oreo crumbs on top.

Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dirt cake for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld and the cake to set.

Garnish: Before serving, decorate the top with gummy worms, and you can place a small flower or candy flowers on top for a fun touch (optional).
