Ingredients

500g chicken breast, cut into 2-inch cubes

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into large chunks

1 red onion, cut into wedges

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes, red bell pepper chunks, yellow bell pepper chunks, and red onion wedges onto the soaked wooden skewers. Alternate the ingredients for a colorful presentation.

Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 75°C (165°F).

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 42 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the skewers on a rustic wooden board or a colorful platter, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for a vibrant touch.
