Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (sharp for more flavor)

1/2 cup pepper jelly (red or green, depending on preference)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Assorted dippers: crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese.

Using an electric mixer or a spatula, blend the cheeses together until smooth and well incorporated.

Add the pepper jelly to the cheese mixture, followed by the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary; you can add a bit more garlic powder or spices according to your preference.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Drizzle a little extra pepper jelly on top for an appealing look and to enhance flavor.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped chives for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve with an assortment of crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks for dipping.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip in a decorative bowl with the dippers arranged around it on a platter. You can add some extra chives and a small bowl of additional pepper jelly for guests to drizzle over their portions at the table.
