Ingredients

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

On each dough triangle, sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese (about a tablespoon), followed by a few mini pepperoni slices.

Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if you desire some heat on top.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling, bringing the edges together to seal the filling inside. Pinch the edges well to prevent them from opening during baking.

Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s some space between each.

Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve the pizza bombs warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
