Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss the cut fries in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the fries are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the sliced onion and green pepper to the skillet and stir-fry with the steak until the veggies are tender and the steak is cooked to your liking, about another 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and well combined.

Once the fries are finished baking, remove them from the oven and layer the steak and veggie mixture evenly over the fries.

Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese generously over the top.

Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and begun to bubble.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy!
