Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook Veggies: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until they are softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional minute.

Combine Steak and Veggies: Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the veggies. Mix well to combine and allow the flavors to meld for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Assemble Sliders: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in the dish. Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the bottoms. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese generously on top.

Top the Sliders: Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns to enhance browning and flavor.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice the sliders and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
