Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

1 cup ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Prep the Meat Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Cook the Steak: Increase the heat to high and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned but still tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Assemble the Breadsticks: Spread the steak and vegetable mixture across half of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle evenly with provolone and mozzarella cheese.

Fold and Seal: Fold the other half of the dough over the filling. Carefully press the edges to seal. Cut the filled dough into strips about 1 inch wide.

Egg Wash and Seasoning: Brush the tops of the breadsticks with the beaten egg for a golden finish. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top for additional flavor.

Bake: Place the breadsticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
